BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S IS A REAL THING NOW

Hello everybody! 
Today I am bringing you news about an English speaking country.

I was scrolling down the news on the BBC website and I couldn't find anything what would interest me and also be interesting and easy to read for you. Suddenly it hit me in my eyes - a 'robin egg blue' picture of a cafe. Then I noticed the title(!) which says something about Breakfast at Tiffany's and I knew immediately it must be the perfect choice. By the way, if you don’t know I'm all about the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's and Audrey Hepburn too. Now, let me tell you more.


 ATTENTION! Luxury jewelry store Tiffany's & Co opened a cafe! The cafe is called the Blue Box Café, probably because you can really feel like you are inside their traditional blue box. It is a dream come true for the film lovers, don't you think? It is a part of a renovation of their Manhattan store. Yes, it is the same store which is seen in the movie. Specifically in the most popular opening scene when Holly Golightly (played by Audrey Hepburn) dressed in long black dress, pearls and sunglasses eats a croissant and sips a coffee while gazing into a shop window. Even if you haven’t seen the movie, I bet you all know this scene. 

Do you remember now?

Anyway, a breakfast selection and lunch cost $29 and $39. It is pretty expensive but not everybody can say they had breakfast at Tiffany's, right? I mean, you can literally eat breakfast at Tiffany's! What an amazing experience!

56 years have passed since the publication of the movie and Tiffany's & Co can be proud. Dreams can come true anytime - here's the evidence. I think Audrey Hepburn would be everyday customer and I am not surprised though,  I would be too if I had the money. I would just sit there and snack on a croissant with an apricot jam and dream. 

To sum it up, we can hope that Tiffany's & Co will expand their Blue Box Café around the world some day and imagine our breakfast at Tiffany's. What else can we do..

      I'm surprised you didn't have idea about that scene! Anyway, I can recommend you to watch the movie in case you are bored or you can watch The Last Emperor according to our history teachers recommendation.

    Hi, very nice article.
    When I was in New York this summer I could not miss the shop. I like the film too. However, 39 dollars for breakfast.. On the other hand, it could be much more expensive, speaking of Manhattan. I recommend you to read the book by Truman Capote, it has a bit different story than the film.
